A NOTE TO THE OCCUPY MOVEMENT...

With no disrespect to the OWS movement ,i would like to propose a better solution, one that would benefit all americans...To all decent Americans fed up with the system, with the Wall Street heists, bailouts,i suggest re direction and a shifting of strategy.Whatever do you mean one might ask,we are in the middle of the hornets nest from where all this corruption eminates. To them i reply, yes but blocking wall street and camping out is not sufficient, and surely its still just a minor inconvenience,to wealthy, rich, arrogant, crooks who were cops not around, might even try to urinate (figuratively speaking) on some of you, with the same distaste for you as they have for the downtrodden and homeless.Would not, better energies serve the public good,to send a few dozens, hundreds,or even thousands, marching to every zionist israeli front organization in every major U.S. city,or Israeli Consulates,Embassies? When will Americans realize that we are losing precious time,in a space where war after war,we are dragged into,it is due to this insiduous control they have over our policy! I would argue that we can march, camp, sit, sing, dance all we like(while facing beatings, and police brutality) in front of ows and even city public squares, but this wont change, the real problem behind our economic woes, wich stem from uncessant wars for Israels sake.We know whos running congress, senate, house, and the executive branch. It is the Zionists, and when one considers that both parties are just frontmen representing Israels interests, then the urgency to redirect our energies against them is ever more urgent.I also feel we could occupy other places besides the ones i have mentioned, how about the CFR?how about the U.N.? My point is ,we will be dragged into more conflicts, more wars, over more regions as long as these centers remain seen yet unhampered by american anger in opposition to it. They are guiding our foreign policy, therefore it is them we should occupy, and give no respite to those who promote warmonger agendas. How absurd is it for us to allow these warmonger chickenhawks to enter these conspiratorial dens and nests,on daily basis to organize, plot and strategize on ways to hijack our interests for theirs? If hardcore zionist jewish organizations in this country can mobilize thousands of their supporters for their cause to support their warmongering bloodthirst of expansion in middle east, shouldn't we who oppose these wars pushed by them counter mobilize against them? War after war will continue unless we stop them.I propose mobilizing in front of their nests,at their organizations and foundations, like ADL,JINSA,ZOA,AIPAC, WINEP,CFR.We should be occupying these places first and foremost,as it is they who are the biggest evil leading this nation towards its destruction.Shouldn't we refocus our strategy, and target zionist and neocon think tanks, foundations and organizations? Think about it,before these drag us into war with Syria,Iran,Venezuela,etc..Im not saying don't occupy Wall street,im saying lets split it up,and march down to these zionist and neocon dens driving us towards a future world war and show them we wont have any more of it! I guarantee you once we confront these groups with enough anger, then real change will indeed take place.Do they not confront truthers, and attack those who oppose their devilish agendas? Then why shouldn't we who demand peace confront these cowards openly? The time is now!We cant allow these zionazi centers driving these insane agendas to operate freely,we just cant afford it!

David Ortega, Tohono O'odham, suffered a stroke after being pepper sprayed by police and is now at the hospital.Tohono O'odham protesters at the ALEC protest in Scottsdale, Ariz., in the Phoenix Valley, were pepper sprayed directly in their faces by police. O'odham were non-violent and singled out because police viewed them as key to the protest.Ofelia Rivas, Tohono O'odham and founder of O'odham VOICE against the Wall, said, "There is a lot of unnecessary police brutality."O'odham from Tohono O'odham, Salt River and Gila River have joined Navajos resisting relocation from Big Mountain on the Navajo Nation at the protest to battle the corporate influences underway of legislators and lobbyists.Police helicopters are hovering overhead.Native American protesters are battling mining interests, the theft of water and land rights, abuse by US Border Patrol agents, desecration of sacred lands and the militarization of the border. On the Navajo Nation, Peabody Coal, responsible for orchestrating the so-called Navajo Hopi land dispute, continues to poison the land, water and air with coal mining for power plants. On the US/Mexico border, the US Border Patrol continues to beat and abuse O'odham and other Indigenous Peoples in their homelands. Uranium mining continues to target the Grand Canyon and Indian lands, while radioactive tailings from the Cold War remain. In Arizona, corporate profiteers continue to push copper, coal and uranium mining, devastating the land, water and air, and resulting in widespread health problems for the people.
The US/Mexico border wall, and its non-functioning spy towers, has been a source of corporate profiteering for US corporations including Boeing, who entered into a contract with the Israeli Apartheid defense contractor Elbit Systems for the border wall and security systems. The US is now asking Tohono O'odham to approve new US spy towers on their lands, after the last billion dollar boondoggle of the US, failed spy towers on the Arizona border which did not function.
Further, as the media fans racism which aids border profiteers, G4S based in London, profiteers from transportation contracts for the Wackenhut buses transporting detained migrants from the Arizona border.

"We, the Muslim Brotherhood in Syria, emphasize that the interview broadcast on the Israeli Channel Two – in the context of the bilateral campaign of the Zionists and the media of the Syrian regime – is aimed at tarnishing the image of the Muslim Brotherhood. This interview was originally made with Mr. al-Bayanouni in 2006 for a Spanish television channel. The interview has been tampered with and fabricated so as to serve the cheap and common goals of the Syrian and the Zionist regimes."

Bahrain, US hold joint military drill  http://www.islamtimes.org/vdciqvazqt1azy2.ilct.html
Islam Times - Bahrain's defense army units and the us army forces have launched a joint military drill in the Persian Gulf, amid mounting violence in the volatile state.
Al-Ittihad news
Bahrain, US hold joint military drill
The joint maneuver is aimed to bolster commanding cooperation of the two states' joint operations and boost mastering the use of defense sites in face of any possible airstrikes.
Earlier in mid-November, the navies of Bahrain and the US held joint military maneuvers in the Persian Gulf, which many commentators believe were planned as part of the Manama regime's efforts to divert international attention from suppression of Bahraini protesters.
The maneuvers, dubbed “Rapid Reaction”, started on November 14 and continued until November 23.The United States, whose navy's fifth fleet is stationed in the Bahraini capital, Manama, has provided support for the Al Khalifa regime during months of crackdown on peaceful protesters in the Persian Gulf state.Bahrain and US's maneuvers come at a time when the Saudi-backed Manama regime is facing growing unrest and opposition across the country with peaceful protesters, demanding an end to the rule of Al Khalifa dynasty.Bahrain's brutal crackdown on protests has killed scores of people since the eruption of the popular revolution in the Persian Gulf kingdom in February.

UN EXPERT CALLS FOR SOLIDARITY WITH PALESTINIANS  http://www.namnewsnetwork.org/v2/read.php?id=177822   The Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the occupied Palestinian territory, Richard Falk, has expressed his solidarity with the Palestinian people in their struggle for self-determination, on the occasion of the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People. The release issued by the United Nations Information System on the Question of Palestine here Tuesday, said that the Special Rapporteur called for urgent attention to the plight of the Palestinian Bedouin people of the occupied West Bank. “The recent unprecedented pressure by Israeli authorities and settlers to expel Palestinian Bedouin communities from 'Area C' is deplorable, illegal and must cease.” In recent months, approximately 2,300 Bedouins who reside in 20 impoverished communities in the hills east of Jerusalem have been informed by the Israeli authorities that they must leave the area, as part of a plan to expel Bedouin communities living in 'Area C', where Israel exercises total control. Reports indicate that the relocation plan may be implemented in January next year.Falk stressed that “the proposed relocation of the Palestinian Bedouins, without the free and informed consent of the communities, amounts to forced transfer of protected persons under international humanitarian law.” International law prohibits the forced transfer of civilians living under occupation, unless temporarily required for their own security or military necessity. “The Israeli authorities’ expulsion of the Bedouins would meet none of these conditions.”Furthermore, the destruction or confiscation of private civilian property, including homes, as well as the transfer of settlers into occupied territory, is prohibited. Israel, as the Occupying Power, is obligated to protect the residents of the occupied territory and to administer the territory for the benefit of the residents. The establishment and expansion of settlements is a direct breach of these obligations.

ISRAHELL FALSE FLAG EXPOSED...
‘IDF turned off Galilee’s rocket warning system’As explosions were heard Monday night across the western Galilee and smoke filled the skyline, one thing remained missing – an air raid siren.Ynet learned Tuesday that the IDF decided to temporarily deactivate the warning system following intelligence assessments suggesting that the likelihood of rocket fire at the northern border was slim. Yet in spite of those assessments, two Katyusha rockets were fired on the western Galilee Monday night, luckily with no casualties.Meanwhile, a Lebanese security official told the media that the Lebanese army found two improvised rocket launchers in an open area between the villages of Ramish and Ein-Eival. He noted that a battery and stopwatch were also found.Northern town chiefs sought out GOC Northern Command Major-General Yair Golan to ask why they had not received an early alert of the rocket fire.As a result, it was soon revealed that the system, which is supposed to trigger the alert when a rocket launch is identified, was not operational Monday night.IDF officials explained that the system operates under the current situational assessments. Apparently the relative quiet of the last two years on the Israeli side of the border, and the lack of intelligence warnings to the contrary led to the decision to turn the system off.The military is not expected to escalate its first response – artillery fire at the sources of the rocket fire – and for now, will only increase its intelligence gathering missions in Lebanon.

Expert: Iran nuclear activities are peaceful, legitimate   http://www.irna.ir/ENNewsShow.aspx?NID=30690007&SRCH=1  Former head of New Zealand Disarming Committee called western states propaganda to show Iran's peaceful nuclear program dangerous a 'seduction', adding that Iran's effort sto turn into a country with nuclear ability is peaceful.Bob Rig in an interview with IRNA on Wednesday, said that Iran upon international treaties and its obligation about permitted activities is trying to use advantages of nuclear energy and this is a right which the world community has given to the countries. He added that international organizations are duty-bound to assist countries and said that Iran is a member of International Atomic Energy Agency and Non-Proliferation Treaty, so it is entitled to enjoy peaceful nuclear technology. Rig continued that western propaganda on Iran's nuclear activity is actually an effort to deviate world public opinion, adding that Israel is not committed to any international convention or law but it is estimated that the regime owns more than 300 warheads, which is the real threat against the world. Former New Zealand Disarming Committee chairman stressed that Israel has refused to join NPT and now is a big danger to the world. Those who claim Iran is seeking nuclear weapon have no proof and we should know that all such information comes from Israel security body 'Mossad', which feeds other security organizations, added Rig.

SYRIA: The Orwellian "Responsibility to Protect" (R2P) used to Justify "Regime Change" and All Out War by Mahdi Darius Nazemroaya  http://www.globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=va&aid=27935
The Arab League coupled with a proxy group called the Syrian National Council (SNC) that is the creation of a tactical alliance between the Syrian branch of the Muslim Brotherhood, Washington, NATO, Israel, and the Persian Gulf’s petro-monarchs is being used within the framework of false pretences of humanitarianism for a plan to oust President Bashar Al-Assad from power and install a new client government in Damascus. The mainstream media, such as the BBC and Al Jazeera, in the NATO countries and Arab monarchies are willing to print, publish, or broadcast anything that will degrade Syria and support regime change through sectarian, unprofessional, false, and inflammatory reporting. They are not to be trusted in regards to the facts on the ground in Syria. The mainstream media in the NATO countries and the GCC continuously play with words, provide no verified reports, and cite recently created foreign-based groups as their sources. Amongst these group is the British-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, which ironically endorses Saudi rulers while it claims to espouse democratic ideals.Protests demanding reforms and democratization have taken place in Syria. Other protests against corruption and linked subsidy price changes also have taken place, but not on the scale and magnitude that NATO and the GCC portray. Initially there was a forceful crackdown that coincided with attacks by armed groups that had taken advantage of the protests. The problem was compounded by unidentified attackers who attacked both Syrian civilians and Syrian security forces that ignited instability. As tensions built, this all became further complicated by internal fighting amongst the elite families that form the oligarchies in Damascus. The Syrian branch of the Muslim Brotherhood has also tried to capitalize and armed wings of it, with help from foreigners, have tried to stroke the flames of violence to topple Bashar Al-Assad.

Why Syria Matters: Interview with Aijaz Ahmad by Prabir Purkayastha
http://mrzine.monthlyreview.org/2011/ahmad301111.html  Aijaz Ahmad: For one thing, Syria is the last remaining representative of Arab nationalism as it used to be understood historically. It still calls itself socialist. Even though it has implemented a great deal of neoliberal reform, the state sector is still dominant. It bans, literally bans, religion from politics. It will not recognize the existence of religious political parties. It is a historic opponent of Israel for a variety of reasons. . . . If you remove Syria, the cordon sanitaire around Israel is complete. There's no adversary left. There is then Iran -- not sharing a border, not a part of the historical Arab world. Iran gets isolated. And their perception is that both Hezbollah and Hamas will lose enormously. . . . So, Syria has that kind of strategic situation. In the old days, it was very closely aligned with the Socialist Bloc, and some of that kind of alignment still remains. . . .Secular democratic -- well not terribly democratic but secular -- Arab nationalism; secular, republican, anti-Zionist, anti-monarchical nationalism (in its social economic policy quite progressive -- it destroyed feudal remnants in Egypt for example) -- Syria is the last remaining representative of that. So, the Saudis, the Qataris, the monarchical Gulf council, all these people -- their hatred of Syria comes from that old place [i.e. the reaction against the aforementioned current of nationalism] and then gets connected with Syria's more recent alignment with Iran. .Since the days of the Truman Doctrine, Islam has been looked at as the great bulwark against all of these insurgent [nationalist and communist] forces in this part of the world. One of the prominent leaders of the Muslim Brotherhood and a whole gang of them were welcomed to the White House by Eisenhower. It goes back that far, this alignment with the Muslim Brotherhood. . . . And it is that same process that brought jihadis to Afghanistan. Islam will fight against Arab nationalism, against communism. . . . [Imperialists] having defeated them in one place after another [by means of that alignment], Syria is perceived as that [i.e. the last of the kind that is yet to be defeated].So, there is the Syria Accountability Act passed by the US Congress. Since then, the undermining of the Syrian government with a view to regime change has been an objective of the successive US administrations. . . .Yes, there were disgruntled elements in Libya, in Syria, for a variety of reasons. But, in Syria certainly, they were very small. The Muslim Brotherhood historically had a very small base. They were quite powerful in the sixties and the early seventies. . . . But the regime contained them very well. So, what you had in Syria was the Muslim Brotherhood inside the country and a whole lot of exiled intellectuals in Paris, mainly in Paris, and elsewhere. . . . The Americans have known from the beginning, the West has known from the beginning, that their only chance in Syria would be if they could establish a so-called "liberated zone," preferably on the border with Turkey, which could become a kind of Benghazi . . . which could become a ground for intervention. They have known that there would not be a popular uprising of the kind that you had in Egypt. In Syria there are too many forces afraid of the Muslim Brotherhood. Syria is a genuinely secular country, by and large, for 25% of the population consists of various kinds of minorities. The fact that the Assad regime absolutely insists on secularism gives that 25% a great sense of security in the state. So, there were no grounds that they could use. This is very much manufactured -- very much manufactured from the beginning. And the killings of the state personnel have been going on from the beginning. Over a thousand members of the state personnel have been killed so far.Prabir Purkayastha: So, almost 30% of the total number of casualties that have taken place in Syria.Aijaz Ahmad: Yes, but you'd never know it from the established media. That has been going on from the beginning. And violence has been there from the beginning because the kind of popular uprising you saw in Tunisia, or Egypt, or Yemen, or Bahrain, there were no grounds for that sort of thing in Syria. You could not bring hundreds of thousands of people into the streets, and that's not because the Assad regime is more authoritarian than all those other regimes. . . . Disinformation in the case of Syria is actually in my view even greater than it was in the case of Libya. . There are a number of things going on, on this question of the offering of reforms. Very extensive reforms, by the way, very extensive reforms. The only thing on which they've dug in their heels is the issue of the Muslim Brotherhood, and that is the issue, I'm told, on which the negotiations with Turkey broke down. Turkey wanted 50-60% of the transitional umbrella organization's seats to be allotted to the Muslim Brotherhood. The Syrian regime said: Constitutionally we cannot give a seat to a religious party. So, reforms were rejected out of hand because the objective is regime change.
Prabir Purkayastha: Do you think the Bashar Assad regime can ride it out? At the moment it seems that he has tided over the initial crisis, which was there, and he seems very much in control, except in one or two spots like Homs and a couple of other places. Do you think this particular phase is actually over?
Aijaz Ahmad: The control of the regime is not in question. What the regime has been able to do is to deny them the creation of that sanctuary where these people could all be brought together, the creation of a Benghazi. . . . The amount of weaponry, and the quality of weaponry, that has come into Syria, in the hands of these anti-state elements that Syria is calling "armed gangs," is extraordinary. Extremely sophisticated weaponry has come in. It has come from Israel, it has come from Turkey, it has come through Lebanon, paid for by Saudi Arabia and so on. So, it is quite an achievement on the part of the regime so far to have denied them a place where the army could not penetrate. This much they have been able to do so far. How long this will last, we don't know.

'Western media outlets lie about Syria http://almoqawama.org/?a=content.id&id=27995
A senior Turkish lawmaker says Western media outlets are not reflecting the reality in Syria and the West is playing a game in the Arab country, Press TV reports.MP Birgul Ayman Guler, the deputy chairperson of Turkey's main opposition party, the Republican People's Party (CHP), who visited Syria about one month ago as part of a Turkish delegation comprised of 38 women, said on Tuesday that the reality in Syria is different from what Western media outlets are reporting. In an exclusive interview with Press TV's Ankara correspondent, Guler stated, “What we understood during the visit was that the Western media were lying about the situation in Syria.” “We were told [by the Western media] that there was bloodshed underway by the administration of [Syrian President Bashar] al-Assad, but we did not see any violence in Syria,” she added. Guler visited the cities of Alepo, Damascus, and Latakia during her four-day trip to Syria. She said that fighting was reported only in Hama and Homs, where Syrian government forces were engaged in clashes with groups that had launched attacks on government forces and civilians. “When we returned to Turkey, we shared the realities with the Turkish people, the media, and the international community,” the Turkish MP stated. Guler added that foreign elements, such as the United States and the European Union, are trying to implement a plot in Syria.

ON QUESTION OF PALESTINE...Sixty-sixth General Assembly
Plenary
67th Meeting (PM)

ASHAR JA'AFARI (Syria) called for an end to the tragedy of the Palestinian people, who suffered daily from six decades of occupation, murder and racism.  The “international legitimacy” had this morning renewed an expression of solidarity with the Palestinian peoples, and such solidarity and support had a special significance, especially after the Palestinian application to the United Nations to become a full-fledged Member State.  That presaged dire consequences in view of the continued State terrorism practised by Israel, the occupying Power, in the occupied territories, its continued policies of aggression and racism, and the systematic violations of rights in blatant defiance and cynical disregard for the will of the international community. He said those actions placed the entire international community before an “acid test”, and greatly undermined the prestige and credibility of the United Nations itself and the principles that underpinned it.  It was no longer acceptable for the United Nations to stand idly by and fail to assume its responsibilities for the question of Palestine.  The Organization still had a chance to prove it was capable of preventing a small number of States that protected Israel from obstructing the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people.  He affirmed the need for the “international legitimacy” to take concrete and serious steps compelling Israel to put an end to the “killing machine” and settlement activities, lift the embargo, end the occupation of the territories, and return to the pre-1967 borders.
NAWAF SALAM (Lebanon) said the 1948 resolution partitioning Palestine into an Arab and a Jewish state, with Jerusalem as a separate entity, was unfair to Arabs, because the Arab population was double that of the Jews.  Data showed that while 93 per cent of the land of Palestine had been owned by the Arabs, the Jews had been given 55 per cent of that land, meaning that only a third of the people, who had historically only possessed 7 per cent of the land, now possessed more than half.  It was logical, therefore, that Arabs would reject that decision.  It was also normal that the Palestinians would come back and accept resolution 181 as a reference point, as set out in the 1988 Algeria declaration on the establishment of a Palestinian State.  It was also normal that the two‑State solution would be the cornerstone of the new peace initiative. He said that the Palestinians had agreed to establish their State on only 22 per cent of the land of Palestine.  However the establishment of a Palestinian State was not a negotiable right.  The question was how to achieve productive negotiations as long as the Israeli leadership did not stop settlements, did not allow the return of refugees, did not accept the 1967 borders as a reference point, and would not negotiate the status of Jerusalem.
OSCAR LEÓN GONZÁLEZ (Cuba) observed that the Assembly had been unable to reverse the occupation of the Palestinian Territory by Israel, which had defied the international community with its constant violations of international law and United Nations resolutions.  Israel had not heeded the calls of international leaders to stop those actions, he said, adding that the situation had continued its “downward spiral” since the Assembly had last convened to address the matter. He said that Israel had continued its illegal settlement activities in the occupied territories, including East Jerusalem, and had ignored its international obligations, as well as the advisory opinion of the International Court of Justice.  Further, it had failed to protect civilians living in the Gaza Strip, and attacks continued to be carried out against civilians by Israeli soldiers.  Those were only a few of the facts that underscored the gravity of the situation.Indeed, there were ample reasons to adopt binding political measures against Israel in the Security Council, which remained “inert” in the face of Israel’s violations.  He further noted the hypocrisy and double standards imposed by a number of developed countries that claimed to defend human rights.  The United States, for one, refused to condemn Israel’s actions, whereas the countries of the global South did so.  Cuba roundly condemned those crimes; its position in that respect was unwavering.  It further supported the establishment of a Palestinian State, as well as Palestine’s request to join the United Nations.  Cuba condemned the illegal settlement construction and the imposition of “arbitrary and racist restrictions” throughout the occupied territories, among other transgressions.Nevertheless, Cuba recognized the right of Israel to exist, and harboured fraternal feelings towards the Israeli people, who were also the victims of the same conflict.  Finally, the inclusion of Palestine as a United Nations Member State, and its full recognition, must be accomplished “with or without” the support of the Security Council, and with or without a United States veto.
--------------------------------------------
Speaking in exercise of the right of reply, the representative of Iran said he had heard a baseless allegation against his country by the Zionist regime that based its own practices on State terrorism, torture and violence, and he said he wished to place on record that such remarks were a preposterous and well-worn practice by that regime to distract the international community’s attention from its own heinous crimes in the region.  There were rarely any human rights principles that were not systematically violated by the Israeli regime.  The regime had no respect for the basic values of the civilized world, nor did it respect basic human rights. It was high time for the international community to counter the Israeli regime’s inhuman polices and practices in imposing humanitarian disaster on the Palestinian people throughout the Palestinian Territory.
The representative of Syria also took the floor in exercise of the right of reply, saying that Israel’s delegate had been distressed by the fact that the General Assembly was celebrating solidarity with the Palestinian people.  To that delegate, all sentiments in support of the rights of the Palestinians were biased against Israel and a futile effort that served no useful purpose and added no value because they did not support Israeli aggression and occupation.  It seemed that Israel’s isolation in this serious debate had left its delegate with no alternative except to fabricate and expand the scope of the discussion beyond the limits and beyond the question of Palestine, in order to divert attention away from the crux of the matter, which was its oppression of the Palestinian people “around the clock” in a way that was indescribable.

Israel’’ Uses Facebook Girls to Recruit Jordanian Youths
http://en.moqawama.org/essaydetails.php?eid=15915&cid=274  Head of Prisons and Detention Centers Committee in the Arab Organization for Human Rights in Jordan, lawyer Abdul Karim Shraideh has warned of "Israeli's" Mossad intelligence grooming young Jordanians to be spies.Contact is first established via social networking site "Facebook" for recruiting them to obtain information about the Jordanian Tribal Movement, or any other reform movements.Sharida stated he had information about Mossad using Israeli girls to communicate with Jordanian youth via "Facebook's" chat function. Then, in subsequent steps, Mossad would invite these young people to "Israel", offer them money, and in some cases grant them scholarships to study abroad. The activists stated he obtained the information from Jordanian youth, whom came to his office asking for legal advice. They gave him information about "Israeli" attempts to recruit them. Mossad also asked them to get involved in reform movements to get accurate information."Mossad attempts to gauge the impact of these movements on Jordanian security, in order to stir up regional strife between Jordanians of East Jordan and Jordanians of Palestinian origin," Sharida said.Sharida added that "he asked his informants to confess to local authorities or they might face charges of treason which carries a death sentence."Shraida also said that "he was shown documents which proved that "Israel" had transferred money to the potential recruits."He also expressed concern of Mossad's presence in Jordan and other Arab countries during this critical period.

Syria: NATO Genocide Approaches

Blatant lies told by alleged “human rights activists” led to ignominious NATO-sanctioned brutality and ultimately brought BP, Shell, Total-sponsored Petroleum Institute representative, Abdurrahim el-Keib, into power in Libya. Now, these same corporate-financier interests, through their same networks of propaganda, duplicity and deception, are laying the ground work for a repeat performance in Syria. It was just recently revealed that the UN Human Rights Council report regarding Syrian “crimes against humanity” was actually co-authored by Karen Koning AbuZayd, a director of the US Washington-based corporate think-tank, Middle East Policy Council, that includes Exxon men, CIA agents, US military and government representatives, and even the president of the US-Qatar Business Council, which includes amongst its membership, AlJazeera, Chevron, Exxon, munitions manufacturer Raytheon (who supplied the opening salvos during NATO’s operations against Libya), and Boeing. The conflict of interest is so monumental it is only outdone by the corporate media’s eager acceptance of the report and their complete negligence in airing the compromised backgrounds of those responsible for compiling it.The UN report itself (.pdf) contained no verifiable evidence, but rather hearsay accounts recorded in Geneva by alleged “victims” “witnesses,” and “defectors,” put forth by “all interested persons and organizations.” In other words, it was an open invitation for Syria’s enemies to paint whatever image of the ruling government they pleased. While critics claim this is due to the Syrian government’s lack of cooperation with the UN, it is more likely that the UN itself, with a proven track record of doing so in Iraq, the Ivory Coast, and most recently Libya, is merely complicit in providing “window dressing” for Wall Street and London’s otherwise naked military conquests. How to Start the WarAnd it is through this purposefully distorted lens that calls for military intervention are being made. After months of denying the opposition was armed, the Wall Street-funded think-tank Council on Foreign Relations now openly claims that not only are the “protesters” armed, but there is a resistance army of “15,000.” The CFR claims this “Free Syrian Army” is requesting weapons and air support. It has already been revealed that weapons are freely flowing over Syria’s borders from foreign-supporters, most notably, Turkey, Lebanon, Israel, and now even as far as Libya. The CFR report then goes on to explore the options available to NATO for facilitating “regime change” including the use of “overhead surveillance assets, logistical enablers, peacekeepers, armed drones, combat aircraft, ground troops,” and “smuggled weapons.”Of course the number of Syrian defectors are as baseless as the UN human rights report. However, even the claim of a large, armed militant force operating inside of Syria directly contradicts the West’s concurrent narrative that Syria’s military is running rampant over defenseless civilians. With an army of “15,000 defectors” attempting to seize the nation by force with the help of foreign money, weapons, and diplomatic support, one finds it difficult to believe the Syrian government would instead be spending its time “massacring civilians.” Just as in Libya, or any number of nations where foreign-backed “revolutions” have been attempted or achieved, Western-enabled violence is always a predetermined part of the equation, fully provisioned ahead of time with the subsequent violence cloaked behind tales of one-sided brutality aimed at the targeted regime.

Obscene: Using the Holocaust to Justify War With Iran  http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/setyoufreenews/~3/5GfJBtJQ_hg/
The drums of war with Iran will be beating loudly in the three months leading up to AIPAC’s policy conference  early next March. The Republican candidates for president (with the exception of Rep. Ron Paul) will try to outdo each other in professing devotion to Israel coupled with calls to inflict more “crippling sanctions” on Iran while pledging to keep the war option “on the table.”The White House will dispatch deputies throughout the country to assure Democratic donors that the president is as hawkish on Iran as any Republican and that the war option is on his table, too.
The AIPAC conference itself, with more than half the Congress in attendance, plus the president, will be all about the Iranian threat.Speaker after speaker will claim that Iran is on the verge of possessing nuclear weapons that would be used to finish the work Hitler began. (See this typical AIPAC speech  by House Majority Leader Eric Cantor which hits heavily on the Iran/Holocaust theme). As I noted in a column a few weeks ago, the Iran war claque is comprised almost entirely of neoconservatives/right-wing “pro-Israel” activists and opinion leaders (from AIPAC and its associated organizations) joined by politicians seeking campaign contributions. For a politician, being an Iran hawk can be very lucrative while favoring diplomacy is a sure ticket to AIPAC purgatory. (Every candidate for the House and Senate must fill out an AIPAC questionnaire on attitudes toward Iran and the Palestinians. Providing the “wrong” answers or not responding means trouble).Writing in Salon  last week, Gary Kamiya, long-time executive editor of the publication, noted that the people promoting war with Iran are many of the same people who led the charge into Iraq.Kamiya asks how it is that anyone would pay any attention at all to people who not only were wrong about Iraq but fixed the intelligence (e.g, Undersecretary of State Douglas Feith ) to get the bloody result they wanted. Of course, Kamiya knows the answer.

ZIONIST SITE BOASTS OF ISRAEL OCCUPYING WALL STREET!!! Israel occupies Wall Street
Israel was able to occupy Wall Street on Tuesday, as the New York Stock Exchange celebrated its annual Israel Day in conjunction with the America - Israel Friendship League and the Israel - America Chamber of Commerce.
The Israeli presence on the American financial scene is significant. The total market capitalization of the 14 Israeli companies listed on NYSE Euronext markets is approximately $11.4 billion.
The day’s conference, titled “A Partnership of Business Innovation,” featured speakers including [Israel - America Chamber of Commerce Chairwoman Ofra] Strauss, Israeli Ambassador to the UN Ron Prosor and Israeli Consul-General Ido Aharoni.Roundtable sessions at the end of the day focused on showing that Israel can be a good partner for American businesses both to increase exports and create jobs.Tamar Guy, CEO of the Israeli-American Chamber of Commerce, noted that this particular conference is different from all other conferences in that where other meetings are highly specialized, this one is deliberately broad. This is in order to serve as a cross-section of the variety of opportunities available to cross-border investors.
“The thing we’re trying to show is that partnership and innovation are beneficial to both Israelis and Americans,” Guy said. “One of the best places to create jobs in the US is through innovation, and the best source for innovation is, naturally, Israel.”
I'm sure the conspiracy theorists outside the Exchange have a very different view, but I would have loved to be inside.

ZIONAZIS WANT TO DICTATE TO MUSLIM COUNTRIES WHAT KIND OF CONSTITUTION THEY MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE... Tunisia's new constitution to oppose Zionism, ties with Israel http://jiw.blogspot.com/2011/11/tunisias-new-constitution-to-oppose.html
Two largest Tunisian parties support draft of new Tunisian constitution, which includes clause condemning normalization with Israel • Foreign Ministry officials fear government-sponsored hatred of Israel may spread to other Middle Eastern countries.Aviva Raz-Schechter, deputy director-general of the Middle East Division of the Foreign Ministry, held a meeting on Sunday to discuss strategies for keeping the anti-Israel clause out of the Tunisian constitution. Raz-Schechter said that if the clause was inserted, "It will inevitably affect other Middle Eastern countries as well."The new Tunisian government is gearing up to ratify a new constitution, and its language includes a section condemning Zionism and ruling out any friendly ties with Israel.Foreign Ministry officials were reportedly considering recruiting the help of other Western countries, to offer and apply economic sanctions and incentives to pressure Tunisia to drop the anti-Israel clause. One channel being considered is the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, or OECD, of which Tunisia is a member.

ZIONAZIS AT SIMON ''WEASEL'' CENTER URGE CONCERNED JEWS WHO HATE CHRIST TO APPEAL TO EVANGELICALS NOW MORE THEN EVER TO SHOW THEM PALESTINIANS HATE THEM... http://pjmiller.wordpress.com/2011/11/30/now-is-the-time-for-concerned-jews-to-reach-out-to-their-evangelical-friends/  Jerusalem Post: By ABRAHAM COOPER AND YITZCHOK ADLERSTEIN, the dean and director of interfaith relations at the Simon Wiesenthal Center)Now is the time for concerned Jews to reach out to their Evangelical friends and expose the Palestinian assault on the lovers of Zion of two faiths.Evangelical and conservative Christians – Israel’s most important allies – are increasingly targeted for conversion from Christian Zionism to Christian Palestinianism. One of the most troubling purveyors of this stealth theo-terrorism lies within sight of Jerusalem. In 2010, Palestinian Christians convened the Christ at the Checkpoint (CATC) conference under the aegis of the Bethlehem Bible College, aimed specifically at Evangelicals. CATC repudiated Christian Zionism as a false teaching, an erroneous misreading and manipulation of Scripture….The “affirmations” representing the beliefs of the organizers have already been published. They include the supplanting of Christian Zionism with a supersessionist understanding of Scripture that leaves no room for Jews. In other words, all Scriptural covenants with the Jewish people, as well as its religious dignity, have been replaced and abrogated. While most Christians have always believed that the New Testament fulfilled the Hebrew Scripture, many Evangelicals found room for a continued relationship between Jews, Divine promises, and even the physical Land of Israel…Another affirmation deals with Jewish Zionism.“Modern Zionism is a political movement created to meet the aspirations of Jews around the world who longed for a homeland,” it begins, quickly growing ugly: “It has become ethnocentric, privileging one people at the expense of others.”So, Zionism wasn’t always equal to racism, but it is today, according to CATC’s organizers. The UN’s debunked “Zionism is Racism” has been reborn in theological garb, absorbed and preached by some who a few years ago were among Israel’s greatest allies.
[THEY CALL CHRISTIANS WAKING UP IN JERUSALEM AND EXPOSING WHAT CHRISTIAN ZIONISM REALLY IS, A FACADE (THEO-TERRORISM)..JUST WHEN YOU THOUGH YOU HAD HEARD IT ALL!!!
On July 22, 2010, Matthew Gould, Britain’s then-Ambassador designate to Israel, was the guest speaker at anevent sponsored by the Leeds Zionist Federation and the North East branch of the British Israel Chamber of Commerce:
Ambassador Gould spoke to over 60 local business people at a breakfast where he said that Israel was well placed to be an economic powerhouse in the Middle East. As the first Jewish Ambassador to Israel he felt he had an important role to play. He said that the Foreign Office was not full of arabists as is often perceived and he was looking forward to spending his four years in Israel. After a full day meeting various business groups in the city he addressed over 150 supporters of the LZF, both Jewish and non Jewish on his hopes and aspirations on taking up his new posting. This was also the first meeting of the Leeds Hasbarah centre, a joint venture between the LZF and the resident community Shaliach, Gilad Amit. The talk was followed by a lengthy Q & A. The overall impression was that here was a British Ambassador whom we felt will be fair and balanced in his deliberations although it was made clear that the Ambassador’s job in Israel primarily to serve British interests. A collection was made after the meeting toward a project for young people from Leeds to visit Poland and also in support of sending packages to Lonely Soldiers in the IDF.

Imperialist hands off Syria! http://www.workers.org/2011/editorials/syria_1208/
The threat of a new imperialist intervention in Western Asia, aimed at seizing and controlling the resources of this energy-rich region, grows daily. The newest target of this land and resource grab is the Syrian Arab Republic.Such an intervention is a threat to the well-being of the 23 million Syrian people. It also threatens the organizations that at this time best represent the masses of Lebanese and Palestinian people. In addition, it opens the door to the imperialists and to the Israeli expansionist state for aggression against Iran, and threatens an even more horrendous war in the region. The latest news is a stab in the back to the Syrian people from the so-called Arab League in this mostly Arab region, which is also home to Kurds and smaller minority ethnic groups. So-called, because the 19 regimes that voted on Nov. 27 for unprecedented sanctions against Syria and its people are the furthest thing from true representatives of the Arab and other masses in the region. They instead represent, in most cases, the 1 percent of the 1 percent whose wealth comes from a cut of the profits of the energy resources and who are completely dependent on their close and subservient relations with world imperialism to keep their hands on the power of the local states. The hypocrisy especially of Arab League members such as Saudi Arabia, the six Gulf kingdoms and emirates is boundless. These states have cooperated in the bloody suppression of the popular revolt in Bahrain and the police repression of their own people. Added to them are the Egyptian military regime currently gassing and shooting young people in Tahrir Square; the Yemeni regime battling a popular revolt for the past eight months; along with the new puppet Libyan regime. The Turkish regime, with Turkey a NATO member, has seconded the Arab League sanctions, bringing the region one step closer to war.Only last March an Arab League vote opened the door to U.S.-NATO’s eight months of terror bombing and puppet invasion of Libya that destroyed that country’s sovereign state and infrastructure, killed tens of thousands of people and opened up the country to raw and unrestricted imperialist pillage. The new “deals” announced between Libyan puppets and European and U.S.-based corporations have exposed the phony “humanitarian” intervention in Libya as a 21st-century replay of 19th-century colonialism.
It is telling that President Nicolas Sarkozy of France preceded the Arab League’s vote by demanding “humanitarian corridors” in Syria to allow untrammeled imperialist penetration to the centers of opposition to the Syrian government. Disguised as a mission to bring “humanitarian” aid, such corridors would allow — at a minimum — a free introduction of arms to promote a civil war within Syria. It was Sarkozy who opened the military assault on Libya last March, with French imperialism getting the full backing of Washington and the logistic and technological support in destruction that only the Pentagon can provide. There is no way that an imperialist intervention can create a situation where the Syrian people can independently decide the nature of their government and state. For anti-imperialists and progressives in Europe and North America, the first duty in any situation of civil conflict in a developing country like Syria is to stop the imperialist intervention. That means to oppose any imperialist aggression against Syria, whatever form it takes. No imperialist sanctions against Syria! No NATO intervention in the region!U.S., Europe, out of the Middle East!
